This file contains the list of proteins to be used in the multistate protein
design procedure performed by SPRINT.
Each line contains the name of a single protein
file, followed by the positive weight for the corresponding protein
structure.
The higher the relative weight of the protein, the more
important the protein is in the calculation. See our paper for
full details.
For example, the following list consists of 3 protein structures, with
weights of 0.5, 0.7, and 1, respectively:
protein1 0.5
protein2 0.7
protein3 1
In this case, for the calculation of the lowest energy amino acid sequences
("-n MAPs"), the score to be minimized is:
where E denotes the energy of a sequence
in a particular structure.
