This optional file contains pairs of positions which will be constrained
to assume identical amino acids (but possibly different rotamers) in the
multistate protein design procedure performed by SPRINT.
Each line contains refers to a pair of design positions in each protein file in the multistate design.
For example, the following lines will enforce that positions A10 and
B10 (and positions B10 and C10) will have the same amino acid choices.
In
short, this requires that A10, B10, and C10 all choose the same amino acid in
the design procedure (e.g., to design a homotrimer of chains A, B, and C):
